Founded in 2005, the school is located in the center of Sanya City, Hainan Province, covering an area of 597.3 Mu. The school now enrolls students from 29 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government), with more than 7200 students, including more than 1120 foreign students. The school has four training centers, i.e. comprehensive training center, flight simulation training center, crew simulation training center and maritime training center, and nearly 100 training rooms. The college has introduced 6 training aircraft and purchased 3806 sets (sets, pieces) of marine equipment, including the most advanced 360 ° full view navigation simulator, 300000 ton oil tanker simulation engine simulator, etc. In recent years, the school has made a series of teaching achievements. At present, there are two pilot projects of modern apprenticeship system of the Ministry of education, including the national demonstration major of civil aviation transportation and air crew, the national and provincial teaching achievements, several provincial excellent courses and online courses, two provincial science and technology museums, the only national key teacher training center for air crew, and the only Boao Forum for Asia security inspector in the province Personnel training base, aviation safety personnel training center of CAAC, security personnel training base of Boao Forum for Asia.

学校成立于2005年，位于海南省三亚市市中心，占地面积597.3亩。学校现面向全国29个省(自治区、直辖市）招生，拥有在校生7200余人，其中外国留学生1120余人。学校建设有综合实训中心、飞行模拟训练中心、乘务模拟训练中心、海运实训中心4大实训中心，近百个实训室。引进实训飞机6架，购置了包含国内最先进的360°全视景航海模拟器、30万吨级油轮仿真轮机模拟器等3806套（台、件）海运设备等。近年来，学校取得了一系列的教学成果。现有国家示范专业民航运输、空中乘务专业，国家教育部现代学徒制试点项目两项，国家级、省级教学成果多项；建设有省级精品课程、精品在线课多门，建设有省级科技馆2个，拥有全国唯一的空中乘务专业国家级骨干教师培训点，全省唯一的博鳌亚洲论坛安检人员培训基地，中国民航局航空安全员培训训练中心、博鳌亚洲论坛安检人员培训基地。
