中国国际商会海南商会（以下简称海南国际商会），是中国国际贸易促进委员会海南省委员会（以下简称省贸促会）主管的社会团体，是省贸促会落实国家和海南重大发展战略参与国际规则和标准制定，开展民间外交和公关外交联系和服务商界,组织企业开展对外经贸交流合作的重要载体。商会的宗旨是“遵循国际惯例，在经济合作、商品贸易、技术交流、信息咨询等各方面广泛同世界各国各地区的商务团体、企业增进往来，发展友好关系，开拓和繁荣国际市场”。China Chamber of International Commerce Hainan Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as CCOIC Hainan) is a social group headed by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Hainan Sub-council (hereinafter referred to as CCPIT Hainan Sub-council).
